Parasitic (2012) on Netflix

Plot summary

A meteor knocks a communications satellite out of orbit and lands in Tampa Bay. A sickly fish in the water ends up as the meal of Val, a bartender at a nightclub, and the bar locks its doors with patrons still inside. Val falls ill, and the parasite she has eaten grows rapidly inside her, hidden from the others. With no way to reach help and no way out, the club-goers are trapped in the building with a creature loose among them. They must fight to survive and find a way to destroy it before it can leave the club and spread into the world.
