Plot summary
Tired of nothing but studying, high school student Yukari Hayasaka has one interest left: her classmate Hiroyuki Tokumori. Walking home one day, she is spotted by Arashi Nagase and runs from him, mistaking him for a gangster. She trips and lands in the arms of his friend Isabelle, who is dressed as a woman and carries her to the studio of a fashion group called Paradise Kiss. There she meets Miwako Sakurada, Arashi's girlfriend, and the students behind the Paradise Kiss clothing label, who are looking for a model for a fashion show competition at their school. Yukari refuses, calling fashion a waste of time. At the door she meets Jouji 'George' Koizumi, who takes her for a haircut and to a fabric store, hoping she will change her mind.
