Plot summary
Kate Sullivan supports three daughters on two jobs while she studies to become a nurse. Hired to clean the carpets of a yacht, she refuses to fetch food for its owner, Leonardo Montenegro, so he fires her without pay and shoves her off the boat. In Mexico, Leo's ailing father chooses him to run the family business. That night Leo goes over the side of the yacht and comes ashore with his memory gone. A news report about his amnesia reaches Kate and her friend Theresa. Kate tells Leo he is her husband, takes him to meet her girls, and arranges work for him on a construction crew.
