Plot summary
Ned Nelson grew up wanting to follow his father, and Lou Nelson was a crook who was in and out of jail for most of his life. Ned is a white power skinhead who, with no family of his own, takes up with the Aryan Brotherhood, and he is placed in a mental hospital. There he meets Rachael, a black woman who tells him she is the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler.
