Plot summary
Henry Durand has spent three years away from his home in Shreveport, working as an FBI agent. He returns with his fiancée, Emily, and finds his mother, Marty, a different woman: she has shed a great deal of weight and dates several men, one of them half her age. During a walk, a toy helicopter flown by a stranger, Tommy, strikes Marty on the head; he apologizes with dinner at an Albanian restaurant, and romance grows between him and Marty. Henry's supervisors suspect Tommy of heading a gang of art thieves, and hand him a difficult assignment: to lead the round-the-clock surveillance of his own mother and her new boyfriend.
