Plot summary
Nina is round and lovely, and her husband Gaspard prefers very thin women. The pair move to Paris, where Nina is getting a sophisticated swimwear line ready to launch. Because she loves her husband, she accepts the slimming stay he arranges at Brides-les-Bains, a place seen as the last hope for people who want to lose weight. There she finds two friends. Sophie is a lawyer from Marseille who wants to keep everything under control, herself included. Émilie works as a caregiver, and her weight now affects both her health and her love life, though she holds to the idea that big is beautiful.
