ManFast (2003) on Netflix

Plot summary

In a college town, four friends known for their partying publish a struggling zine called Biotch and ask whether life and love have more in store. A grad student friend needs a household of women for her MA thesis and proposes a trade: her grant money will keep the zine alive if the four abstain from men for 100 days. The rules bar talking to men, touching them, flirting with them and having sex with them. The women accept the challenge. The local media takes notice, the men around them grow restless, and one woman's father goes on a national talk show to promise a million dollars to whichever man breaks the fast first, which brings crowds of men into town.
