Plot summary

Jessie loses her boyfriend during a parachute jump and drops him into a lake beside a wedding, then lands in the middle of the ceremony; the video makes her famous as the Wedding Trasher. Liz, a bride who wants a modern party with a band, hires her to plan the reception. Liz's fiancé Robert, who is running for mayor and prefers a traditional ceremony with a string quartet, hires the perfectionist planner Lawrence Phillips, and the two planners clash. Lawrence, a widower who has not dated in five years, is set up on a date with Sara, a woman who is blind. Captain Ritchie, a tour-bus guide, searches for a woman with a glass slipper tattoo on her neck.
