Love In The Clouds (2025) on Netflix

Plot summary

Brooklyn reports on business on air for Channel 5 KSET News in Seattle, where her boss Mary has twice warned her about the levity she slips into her segments. Brooklyn would prefer culture or lifestyle reporting. When the station's lifestyle reporter cannot work at the last minute, Mary sends Brooklyn to Albuquerque, New Mexico, to cover the five-day Balloon Fiesta, and arranges for her and her videographer Elise to stay with Jared Troy, who runs Love in the Air, a company that gives romantic hot air balloon rides. Jared agrees to the arrangement only if his personal life stays out of it. Convinced he is hiding something, Mary tells Brooklyn to make that the story. Meeting Jared, Brooklyn feels a mutual romantic connection, and he helps her work through her fear of heights.
