Layover (2012) on Netflix

Plot summary

Suzanne Hollingsworth, heiress and deputy of her husband's hotel empire, is flying to Chicago when a storm forces the plane down in Detroit. Her assistant, Rebecca White, cannot book her a quick flight or a good hotel, and Suzanne dismisses her on the spot. Left at a rundown motel, Suzanne complains about the noisy neighbors and is taken by Vlad's crew of Russian traffickers, who had lured local girls with the promise of a modeling contest in Eastern Europe. When Rebecca misses her, the company sends an executive and calls in the FBI, while Rebecca works to make sense of the recorded ransom message.
