Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector (2006) on Netflix

Plot summary

Larry's inspection methods are unorthodox, and his boss, Bart Tatlock, wants enough evidence to fire him. Tatlock gives him a rookie partner, Amy Butlin, who follows the rules and takes the job seriously, and she learns the ropes while putting up with Larry. Larry begins a relationship with Jane Whitley, who lost a job at a lingerie shop and now waits tables at a French restaurant. Diners fall ill at the city's four-star restaurants, starting with the one where Jane works, and Tatlock assigns his best inspectors rather than Larry and Amy. The mayor, Maurice T. Gunn, is tricked into putting them on the poisoning case.
