Plot summary
Holly Silver's family business runs a toy drive every Christmas, and this year the campaign is in danger. Holly's task is to save it. She sets out to win over Jack Kane, a professional athlete, and get him to stand as the public face of the effort. Noelle takes part in helping Jack find his way back to the meaning of the holiday, while Holly's time on the campaign returns her to the traditions her own family keeps. Together Holly and Jack meet the difficulties of granting Christmas wishes to other people, and in one another they recognize kindred spirits, with the possibility of romance this holiday season.
