Plot summary
Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius and the returning Jackass crew are joined by newcomers for a collection of stunts, skits and pranks, with the participants talking to camera between them. The opening is a tribute to monster movies: Chris Pontius's penis, painted green, is filmed over a small model city, while the cast runs through a life-size set of the same streets. The stunts pit the group against a bull, snakes, cactuses, a scorpion and an athletic cup.

Did you know?!Facts and trivia about Jackass Forever (2022)
Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Jackass Forever was the first film in the series made without Ryan Dunn, who died in 2011, and the first without Bam Margera as a primary cast member, since Margera was fired during production and appears in only one skit.
- Comedian Natalie Palamides was originally cast but fired on the first day after a physical altercation with Wee Man, and rapper Travis Scott filmed the finale's "Vomitron" bit but was edited out of the movie after his fatal Astroworld concert incident.
- Because most of the film was shot during the COVID-19 pandemic, every cast and crew member had to be tested daily, and director Jeff Tremaine said the combined cost of all that testing ran to over a million dollars.
- In the bull stunt called "The Magic Trick," Johnny Knoxville suffered a broken rib, a broken wrist, a concussion and a brain hemorrhage and was unconscious for several minutes; he later pointed to that injury as the reason he retired from Jackass.
- After his firing, Bam Margera sued Johnny Knoxville, Spike Jonze, Jeff Tremaine, Paramount Pictures, MTV and two production companies, claiming he was wrongfully fired and seeking to block the film's release since it used footage he shot before being let go.
- Before the movie was even greenlit, professional skateboarder Aaron "Jaws" Homoki broke his hand and suffered a concussion during two days of test filming in December 2019.
- On the very first day of principal photography, the cast threw live snakes at Bam Margera in the dark specifically to exploit his real fear of snakes.
