Plot summary
Arjun is a DCP whose method for catching suspects is lethal encounters rather than standard arrests. He loves Priya, the sister of his fellow officer Andrew, and wants to marry her, but the enemies his aggressive policing has made could strike at a family, so he keeps delaying. Fear has taken hold of the city, where a psychopathic serial killer the public knows as the Smile-Killer is seizing young girls and killing them in gruesome ways, leaving smiley face notes near the scenes. Arjun and Andrew are handed the case, and both of them go after the man behind the nickname.
