Plot summary
As a girl in Five Keys, New Mexico, Elise Rainier sees spirits, and her father, Gerald, beats her for it. Now she works as a paranormal investigator with Specs and Tucker. A man named Ted Garza calls for help with a haunting, and Elise realizes the house is the one where she grew up. She decides to take the case and returns to New Mexico. Inside, she finds her brother Christian's long-lost whistle, and a female spirit appears to her crew. Christian, still angry that she ran away and left him with Gerald, refuses to reconcile. His daughters, Melissa and Imogen, are drawn into the house as well.
