Plot summary

Chloe Stanton is a young girl dying from a degenerative lung condition, and a lung transplant is the only thing that can save her. Her parents, Paul and Diane, learn that a donated lung will not arrive. Dr. Rubin, who treats Chloe, mentions that Paul's associate James Harrison once received an organ transplant, possibly through the black market. Paul presses Harrison, who gives him the name of a doctor in Juarez, Mexico. There Paul leaves his cell number at local hospitals. Men connected to that doctor warn him to stay away. Paul continues his search, and a call comes in.
