I Really Hate My Job (2007) on Netflix

Plot summary

A Soho restaurant with a high opinion of itself runs one evening's service with five women on the staff. Abi waits tables and hopes to act. Suzie carries plates and takes photographs. Alice, a kitchen assistant, is acting chef for the night and writes on the side. Madonna handles the front of house, and Rita washes the dishes. A rat or two appears in the kitchen, arguments about life and art turn bitter, and a power struggle breaks out over who is in charge. The whole shift waits on a booking by a famous Hollywood star. The diners at the tables know nothing of what goes on behind the kitchen door.
