Plot summary
Jon Mikl Thor, born in Vancouver in 1953, competes as a bodybuilder, then moves into show business and finds work in stage revues and as a male stripper. He becomes the frontman of Thor, a theatrical heavy metal band whose act includes feats of strength, in a style he calls Body Rock. He also appears in two horror films, Zombie Nightmare and Rock 'n' Roll Nightmare. The band never quite makes it big, and after years away from performing he sets out on an extended tour to revive his career.
