Plot summary
Trevor Holden, young and friendly, is in a stalemate. His boyfriend Darrell is a self-destructive addict, and Trevor's job pays little. The party scene of Los Angeles offers him little comfort. He and his two best friends, his roommate Andie and the singer Jake, are being pulled apart. At the hospital for Darrell's latest overdose, Trevor meets Ephram, a medical intern with ambition and good looks. They spend a romantic evening together, and Trevor seems ready to make changes.
