Plot summary
Ted was a member of a Hong Kong SWAT team and now works as a CID officer. His brother Danny, who is 29, has a mental disability; he behaves like the small boys he plays with and is forever getting into trouble. Looking after Danny takes Ted's time and attention, at the expense of his girlfriend Jenny and of the dream he once had of sailing around the world. Danny is innocently caught up in a fight between gangsters, and the gang seizes him. The gang will return his brother, Ted is told, only if he turns over a police informant.
