Plot summary
Amanda Pierce restores paintings at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art and has bad judgment in men, which shows when she finds her boyfriend with a supermodel. She moves into a Manhattan apartment shared by four models, Jade, Roxana, Candi and Holly, and from her window she can see Jim Winston, a man she has met and likes, in the building across the way. She watches him, hoping to find some flaw. One night she is watching when he appears to kill a woman. The police find no evidence, so Amanda and her roommates look into Jim on their own.
