Plot summary
Franklin Morello once tried to speak with his dead children through an EVP box, and afterward his family was killed one by one by an unknown force. Years later, Evan Asher and his family move into the Morello house, knowing nothing of that history. Unable to sleep, Evan goes out at night and meets Sam Richards, a neighbor. When paranormal activity begins at home, he asks her to help him work out what is going on, and together they explore the house. In the small attic room where Evan sleeps, they find an EVP box, a device for speaking with the dead.
