Hard Revenge, Milly: Bloody Battle (2009) on Netflix

Plot summary

Sequel set in a devastated, post apocalyptic Japan of rubble and empty ground, where Milly has already settled her account. Her husband and child were murdered, she was butchered and left for dead, and she woke in a deserted hospital with part of her body rebuilt in machinery.

Having killed Jack, the villain she hunted through the first film, she seems to be on safe ground at last. Then strange men begin to circle, sent to avenge his death, and the fighting starts again on terrain she thought she had cleared.

Takanori Tsujimoto wrote and directed, for Ace Deuce Entertainment and Deiz Production. Miki Mizuno plays Milly, with Nao Nagasawa as Haru and Ray Fujita, Mitsuki Koga, Kazuki Tsujimoto and Mei Nagano in support. In Japanese, 72 minutes, unrated.
