Plot summary

Charlie Brody runs a charter plane business, and his girlfriend Kaz Fellows, a nurse, works with him. One flight carries the businessman Joji Minase and his wife Michelle to Hell's Reef, where Michelle plans to scatter her grandfather's ashes; the cook Benny comes along too. After the plane lands, the group finds a corpse in the water; on the dead man's phone is a photograph of his girlfriend. Charlie and Benny want to track the yacht the couple had been on, hoping the woman survived, while Joji objects to the risk. The five fly over the water until they spot the capsized yacht. Then a great white shark attacks a float on the seaplane, the aircraft sinks, and everyone climbs into the life raft.
