Plot summary
Jack Freeman is finishing an art degree at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and still hurts over his split from Dina. He lives at El Rancho with four friends. Rob also graduates and will take his girlfriend Joanie to Los Angeles, though he dreads living near her mother. Dennis has three degrees and six years behind him and an MBA program in Michigan ahead. Mickey draws a newspaper cartoon and has another year left. Josh, called Slosh, dropped out and drinks through menial jobs. Professor Luther calls Jack's final sculpture suburban and middle-class.
