Gates of Paradise (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Annie Stonewall is orphaned and crippled, and Tony Tatterton takes her to Farthinggale Manor. She misses the family she has lost, most of all her half-brother Luke, whose affection is no longer part of her days. Nurse Broadfield keeps her subdued in the house, and without the warmth of Luke her spirits sink into despair. In the woods on the estate she comes upon a cottage no one has told her about, and the questions about her own past grow harder to answer. Annie still hopes to see Luke again, while the Casteel spell hangs over everything she wishes for.
