Plot summary
Pat Baker is the sheriff of a small town. His son Kurt is a young man with a dark secret. Thirteen years ago Kurt was locked away in a psychiatric hospital for the murder of his mother. Now he has escaped. Gary, a security guard at the hospital, goes into the woods to stop him, and finds Kurt hunting him instead, ready to kill anyone who crosses his path. Pat begins an intense search for his son and discovers that his daughter Sara, Kurt's sister, and her friends have set up camp in the same woods that Kurt fled into.
