Injured American pilot Gene Lewis and his fiancée Penny Duncolm, an OSS agent, travel to her extended family's remote estate in Massachusetts while World War II is under way. A Nazi spy is hiding among the people at the estate, and stolen documents meant for Germany are in the spy's hands, with the couple unable to tell who it is.
