Flea (2018) on Netflix

Plot summary

A boy called Flea runs away from an abusive home and finds the Shadow Clan, a tribe of forest dwellers living in Shade Land. A council of three guides the community: Raven, who protects the children, the elderly and the disabled; Marsh Man, the clan's advocate; and Poet, its historian. The clan was told in advance that the boy would come, and its people are searching for a new leader. Flea has a calling of his own to work out. Badger, who has been exiled, learns of the boy and starts hunting him, with help from Scavenger, a recycler who works for both sides.
