Plot summary
Sierra Belmont has no interest in the hotel business, but her father Beauregard, who owns a luxury ski resort in Aspen, appoints her vice president of atmosphere and leaves on a trip. Her boyfriend Tad, an influencer, takes her up the mountain for a photo shoot and proposes there. A gust of wind knocks her off her balance, she falls, and she ends up in a hospital with no memory, where nobody can identify her. Jake Russell, whose business pitch to her father had failed, offers her a bed at the Northstar Lodge, his bed and breakfast, until she recalls her name or somebody comes looking for her. His daughter Avy has a stuffed toy called Sarah, and Sierra takes that name for herself.
