Plot summary
Wang Sun-Ho, an ex-SWAT officer, joins other young Interpol agents in Hong Kong to testify against the captured crime lord Puma Duen. Hung Kei-Lok and Pak Yut-Suet of the Hong Kong police, ex-PLA sniper Luo Zai-Jun and James Lam meet Commander Hon Sun, who runs the case. The armored convoy moving Duen is then attacked by five operatives with military training, among them the Korean commander Ko Tung-Yuen and Petros Angelo, who is avenging his brother Dominic, killed by Duen's brother Tiger. The agents cannot stop the ambush, and their request to hunt the operatives themselves is refused. Hon Sun places them with Kong Long, a veteran officer who is reluctant to get involved.
