Plot summary

The Stealth Riders is a secret police unit staffed with the best drivers on the force, and it works the drag racing underworld, taking down criminals on the road. Cheung is its overconfident rookie, and Lo is the veteran pursuit driver and long-suffering mentor he is paired with, a man close to the end of his career. The driver they are after is an escape artist out of Lo's past whom nobody has managed to catch. Cheung and Lo work out a plan to bring him down, and the streets of Hong Kong become the ground for a chase in which their cars are their only weapons.
