Plot summary
After an accident, an experimental drug saves Slade Wilson and gives him super strength, enhanced agility and regeneration. With his friend William Wintergreen he becomes the mercenary Deathstroke, and he marries General Adeline Kane; they have a son, Joseph. On a mission in Cambodia Slade falls in love with a woman named Lillian, and Rose is born to her without Slade knowing. Jackal, who leads the secret organization H.I.V.E., takes Joseph, and Adeline, having learned of her husband's secret life, is furious.
