Death of a Ghost Hunter (2007) on Netflix

Plot summary

Carter Simms, known for her work as a ghost hunter, is offered five thousand dollars to spend a weekend at the Masterson house investigating paranormal activity there. The house's owner also hires Colin Green to shoot video and Yvette Sandoval to report. The three install their gear and begin looking for evidence. Mary Young Mortensen then joins them; she belongs to the Mastersons' church and says the owner sent her both to assist and to shield the family's reputation. Over three days the house responds: the master bedroom's temperature drops sharply, a chair moves without being touched, a gunshot and voices are recorded, and figures appear on video.
