Plot summary
Charles Prince is a Hong Kong police detective and a martial-arts master who comes to Los Angeles to bring back a notorious Chinese gangster for trial. The gangster is a ruthless killer, and on the eve of the deportation to Hong Kong he escapes. Prince leads the hunt for him with a ragtag team. Jim Jenson, a renegade cop, joins, and Diana Tang, a Pai Gow dealer, is drawn into the search as well. The pursuit runs through Los Angeles and into Chinatown, where a Triad gang war is under way and Prince, Jenson and Tang are caught in the middle of it.
