Plot summary
Trevor Forrest is a Texan who has always had money, and he marries Lindsey Ross Forrest before the two board a cruise to Tahiti for their honeymoon. On the ship his flirting and gambling continue, and the business ambitions the couple share may suffer for it. When Trevor goes missing, the captain asks Gwen Merced, an FBI agent traveling on the cruise, to look into the matter quietly. Blood traces point to a fall or a push overboard. Three Hungarian businessmen, Luka, Max and Ben, flirt and gamble much as Trevor does, and it is not clear whether they are ordinary passengers or criminals.
