Plot summary
Moltès is a killer serving time in prison who plays the lottery every week. He passes his tickets to Reggio, one of the guards, whose wife Pauline gets them validated. One week the ticket comes up a winner, but Pauline is already at a car rally in Africa and is carrying the ticket without knowing what it is worth. Moltès wants what he is owed, so he escapes and forces Reggio to come along. The Turk, another gangster whose brother Moltès killed, is after him, and the Turk's bodyguard Requin is a giant with steel teeth. The pair set out for Africa, where the rally is being held.
