Plot summary
Castigliano runs a trucking company whose trucks cross the Sahara, and he hands a new vehicle with a valuable payload to Steiner, a German driver who is new to the operation and viewed with suspicion by the other men. One evening Steiner, Rocco, Marec and other colleagues go out together. By the next morning the truck is gone. Furious, Castigliano sends Marec, a friend of Rocco, to recover the truck. Rocco is driving it, and his girlfriend Pepa is with him, heading toward the border. Marec sets out after him with Steiner beside him, and a chase across the desert begins.
