Plot summary
More than a year has passed since the outbreak began, and society has collapsed. Only a handful of people are still alive, among them Elvis and Tweeter, who leave the United States and head for a remote island in the Caribbean. There they find a community under siege from an army of the dead. The group is willing to accept them, but only if the pair does what the community requires.
