Day of the Stranger (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Caine Farrowood works as a bounty hunter under the control of Loomweather, a ruthless kingpin. A retrieval he is sent on goes wrong, and Caine is left for dead. Instead of dying, he mysteriously wakes in his own home, where his wife Christina cares for him. He cannot explain how he got there and presses for answers. Before he can make sense of it, he is pulled into another retrieval, a much larger one. This time his task puts him against an opponent who may be the fallen angel himself, and the job threatens his sanity rather than his life.
