Darkness Rising (2017) on Netflix

Plot summary

A man plays with his daughter Sarah while a house stands in the distance. Twenty-five years earlier, Madison's mother smothered Olivia, Madison's infant sister; Madison's father acted in time to keep the baby alive, and he spoke of a voice that whispered the number five. Madison comes back to the house she grew up in with her boyfriend Jake and her cousin Izzy, and Jake is uneasy about her recent strange behavior, which includes writing the number five as a row of slashes. Odd events begin inside the house, and Madison tells the others that other homes have vanished after tragic events. The three try to leave, but they cannot get out.
