Dark Touch (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Niamh is eleven and lives with her family in a small, remote community in Ireland, where school and the neighboring household of Nat and Lucas are her only contact with other people. She says the family's house is coming alive, and when Nat and Lucas find her bruised and bloodied, her parents insist that Niamh is the one wrecking the place. A violent attack leaves everyone else in the house dead, and Niamh tells the police that the house killed her parents and smothered her infant brother in her arms; the police put it down to vandals. Nat and Lucas take the girl into their home and try to ease her pain and give her a new life.
