Plot summary
A killer known as the Wedlock Killer attacks women in Northern Wales, and reports tell of a new victim. Laurie Wolf, who hosts a local radio show, is bitter that the program has been cancelled and she has trouble finding new work. Her engineer, Ben Evans, books a psychic, Carla Zaza, for the last broadcast. Kate Komisarczyk chats with Ben online, which upsets her boyfriend, Nick Keller. She leaves her disabled son, Marek, with a babysitter and drives Nick to a house he plans to burgle. Nick goes inside and Kate waits as lookout, listening to the show.
