Plot summary
Driving toward Montreal late one night, Martin Delambre spots a young woman, Patricia Stanley, running in her underwear. The two fall in love and marry. She has just escaped from a mental asylum, and he keeps a secret of his own: he and his father Henri carry out experiments in teleportation at the family mansion in rural Quebec. Transmissions link the house with a receiving station in London, where Martin's brother Albert works and wants the project shut down. Wan and Tai look after the household and the lab. Martin relies on a serum that holds back the rapid aging caused by his recessive fly genes.

- Writer Harry Spalding said he had written the lead for "a Claude Rains kind of guy" and was unhappy to get Brian Donlevy instead, which he thought damaged director Don Sharp's confidence in the film.
- Curse of the Fly was the only entry in the Fly trilogy that never received a videotape, laserdisc or online release; apart from an abridged Super 8mm version sold in the mid-1970s, it reached home video only in 2007, in a boxed set with the original films.
