Confessions of an American Bride (2005) on Netflix

Plot summary

Sam Hoyt is a young career woman who accepts a marriage proposal from Ben Rosen. Her wish for a flawless wedding soon tests his patience, and the first meeting of the two families adds a further complication: one side is Jewish, the other expects a church ceremony, and the customs are hard to reconcile. The couple move in together and work slowly through the plans. At the office, the client contact for her advertising agency's campaign is Luke Stinson, someone from her college days whom she never dated. She and Luke spend long hours on the account while the wedding arrangements continue, and he tells her that he asked for her on the project because he still thinks of her as the one who got away.
