Plot summary
A rift with NBC ends Conan O'Brien's time on The Tonight Show, and his fans rally while the dispute plays out. He and his team look for something to do with the six months in which he is kept off television, radio and the internet, and settle on a live comedy tour. They wait to learn whether the dates will sell, and the venues sell out at a fast pace. Backstage, jokes and musical acts take shape, and O'Brien meets fans along the way.
