Plot summary
Casey and his friend Matthias run money in Cologne for the drug dealer Geran. One night Casey meets Juliette, who bartends at one of Geran's hangouts. She turns him down because she wants no part of Geran's circles and tells him to look her up once he is out. Casey quits the job, asks her out, and they soon move in together. After Juliette has a seizure and is taken to a hospital, she is told her kidney is failing and that, as a non-citizen, she does not qualify for transplant treatment in Germany. Casey proposes they move to America for the operation. To raise the money, he returns to Geran to carry out a drug theft from Hagen Kahl, Germany's biggest dealer.
