Plot summary
In 1979 Soviet forces spot a UFO over Ukrainian territory and send up MIG23 fighters to intercept it. The craft comes down, and its wreckage is moved to a secret research facility. After the Soviet Union collapses, a mysterious terrorist organization gets hold of the alien technology from the wreckage. The group turns it into a devastating doomsday weapon, and a team of secret agents is dispatched to stop the carnage.
