Plot summary
Chloe Thunderman has developed a destructive new superpower. The Hero League orders her to attend an elite boarding school for superheroes, where she is to learn control of her abilities. Sending Chloe away would mean years apart from her family. Faced with that prospect, the Thundermans split apart. Phoebe, Barb and Billy take Chloe into hiding instead of letting the Hero League send her away.
