Plot summary
ChromeSkull, the killer also known as Jesse Cromeans, is pulled back from the brink of death by his own minions, his face left disfigured by the injuries he took. While an assistant named Spann looks after him, his second-in-command, Preston, hunts Princess and Tommy, the two who survived the earlier spree. Three months on, Preston is still searching for Tommy, and Spann, angling to take his place in the organization, chooses a new victim, Jess, a legally blind waitress, and prepares a hideout inside an electroplating company. ChromeSkull enters Jess's home and carries her off. The police spot him on video footage Jess was recording, and bring Tommy in for another interview.
